Our Chef is a pure highlander, from under Giewont, a participant of numerous prestigious gastronomic competitions at home and abroad. In his authorial menu he combines regional products, and international cuisine, and creates unique gustatory experiences, fascinating the customers. “I invite you to the Crocus Restaurant, where we will try to fascinate the most demanding by the flavor and presentation of my dishes. To come up to the mark, I permanently improve my qualifications by participating in numerous culinary competitions in Poland.
