- * Requests for the allocation of a specific room (of the same category, e.g., a specific room number, room with a view, balcony, on a specific floor, etc.) will be fulfilled as available. Guests' wishes regarding room preferences can only be fulfilled when it is possible from an organizational perspective and allowed by the current hotel occupancy. We reserve the right not to allocate a specific room or to not fulfill a request related to the choice of a specific room.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. There is an additional charge of 80 PLN per day for pets. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and the hotel's restaurant. This ban does not apply to guide dogs. If the bedding in the room where the pet stays is damaged, an additional charge of 150 PLN will be added to the owner's bill.
Good to know:
Since 2016, we are the only ones in Zakopane with an annually renewed certificate of GLUTEN-FREE MENU. Upon request, we serve dishes in a gluten-free version.
