The European Fair of Regional Products
On 5-8 August 2010 Zakopane will be hosting the European Fair of Regional Products.
All regional products shown during the event need to be with EU certification or relevant government certification. The aim of the fair is to show range of different regional products, as well as to popularize the EU standards in production and promotion of these products.
Sebastian Krauzowicz, Hotel Crocus Executive Chef will be supervising the fair from catering side and present with local cooks our certificated products such as: oscypek, redykołka, bryndza.
