Guests' wishes regarding room preferences can only be met when it is possible from an organizational point of view and allowed by the current occupancy of the hotel. We reserve the right not to allocate a specific room or to not fulfill a request related to the choice of a specific room.

***for guests whose stay does not fall within the period from May 3 to 4, the proposal to take advantage of the regional dinner in grilled form is not included. As a result, no compensation is due for not utilizing the above-described meal option.

We are a pet-friendly hotel and accept stays with dogs and cats in the owner's room. An additional fee of 80 PLN/night applies for the stay of pets. Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, SPA area, and hotel restaurant. This prohibition does not apply to guide dogs.
