We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holidays. We chose this place mainly because of the "Gluten-Free Menu" option due to celiac disease in the family. I must admit that all the staff, especially the restaurant service, were very helpful, especially regarding changes in the menu concerning food intolerances. The gluten-free breakfast menu had a very large selection, and the à la carte dishes were varied and delicious! The spa area is pleasant, with well-maintained saunas and a pool. The rooms are large and clean. We happened to have a view of Giewont and the ski jumps 🫶🏻 the location is great because it is a bit off the beaten path but still close to infrastructure and popular places in Zakopane. We will be coming back! We recommend it.

Hotel Crocus met all our expectations, we spent a wonderful 4 days here. We would like to emphasize the excellent service throughout the hotel, which always treated us professionally. The food was very tasty. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and upon the guest's request, everything we asked for was prepared. Dinner consisted of three courses – soup, main course, and dessert – and was served between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We had access to the spa and fitness center, which we could use without restrictions. The entire hotel was very clean. Great location – just a 10-minute walk from the famous Krupówki street. Highly recommended!!!

Great, peaceful hotel, excellent location (close to everything but quiet and calm), excellent, friendly and very helpful staff, tasty, plentiful breakfasts and everyone will find something for themselves. The restaurant menu is varied, meals are tasty and plentiful. The SPA area allows for regeneration and relaxation after mountain trips. Spacious, clean rooms, we had a large terrace with a view of Giewont, where you could enjoy a morning coffee. Very reasonable price-quality ratio. In summary - great is an understatement, highly recommend. On the next visit to Zakopane, we will try to come back here.
